All product returns and requests for refund must be authorised by Roof Rack Warehouse

  • To start a return/exchange – call 1300 555 456, email sales@vanextras.net.au or come into store 1/12 Garling Road, Kings Park NSW 2148
  • Refunds & Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from date of delivery. No refunds or exchanges after this period.
  • If items arrive damaged do not accept the goods from the carrier, take a photo and advise our Customer Service team if possible to do so. If you change your mind, ordered the wrong products, want to make a warranty claim or are not 100% satisfied with the product you have received. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return for change of mind returns. Roof Rack Warehouse Australia will always endeavour to be fair in relation to refunds and returns.
  • No refunds or exchanges on clearance items or special buy in items
  • All items returned need to be in an undamaged, original condition as you received it with original packaging
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (Unless Roof Rack Warehouse was at fault)
  • The customer will be responsible for returning and shipping costs of returned items & will be charged a 10% restocking fee of value of product being returned – All items are to be returned with a copy of invoice and a note explaining reason for return
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items – Roof Rack Warehouse Australia cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item
  • Once parts have been received and inspected, our team will notify customer of approval of refund, exchange or store credit
  • If approved, the refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Credit card returns may take 2-10 business days to appear back into bank account.
  • Customers that can conveniently return the items to our store and will save shipping costs of returned product.

Warranty

All products sold by Roof Rack Warehouse Australia & Van & Ute Extras are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines – Please call us on 1300 555 456 or email us on sales@vanextras.net.au for warranty claims.

 

Missing Items & Components

If any parts or components that should have been included with your items according to the manufacturer’s box contents or product description are missing, we will send you the missing components or if necessary, replace the part. For missing components/items – Email photos & proof of purchase to sales@vanextras.net.au
